Linda is amazing. Being overseas and trying to sell a house is stressful. Linda was always available for me, even during the holidays. She did all the heavy work for me and made this the easiest process I've ever been through. She's honest, extremely trustworthy, very friendly and someone I know I can count on again and again. She can look at a roof and tell how much more life it has left. She can spot when someone skimped on a home improvement. She points out red flags but can also offer solutions to potential problems. She can tell whether the windows are of good quality. She makes suggestions for rearranging or remodeling as needed, without being pushy. Whether it's quality of craftsmanship, interpreting a home inspection report, or details about mortgages and titles, she knows it all! We were so lucky to have such a caring, knowledgeable, experienced, and hardworking agent by our side. I'd recommend Linda to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!
